idz arhitectura are Ionuț Anton and Dana Tănase. We are architects, computational designers and experts in digital fabrication.

Our research and design focuses on the use of computation in architecture and design with accent on the development of advanced digital fabrication means for architectural artifacts. Together we have organized and lead numerous workshops on parametric design and digital fabrication. We are architects, designers and educators; we train young professional digital design and advanced fabrication techniques.

PhD. Arch. Ionuţ Anton is also teaching, holding a position of Assistant Professor at the ”Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism, where he teaches Architectural Design. He graduated from UAUIM in 2005 with distinction and also holds a PhD. in ”Algorithms and Architecture”, with the focus on the use of computational design in architecture. His research focus is in exploring how the digital media can change the way architecture is designed and made.

PhD. Arch. Dana Tănase graduated the Architecture Faculty at the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism in 2010, and obtained The Grand Prize of the Architecture Annual (2011), Bucharest – The Diploma Project Section. She curently is also Assistant Teacher at the ”Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism, Design Studio Class. Since 2010, she also holds a PhD. degree with a focus on the relationship between digital manufacturing tools and the architectural concept development.
